Summer Reading was lots of fun! Over 200 challenges completed, one child personally read over 1,000 pages and another child accomplished a personal best of 14 books!
August will be fairly quiet as we reset for the fall.
First and Third Saturdays from 10:30-1:30 is the Crafters Club meeting to work on portable crafts and enjoy conversation.
First Tuesday of the month from 1-3 members of Lone Star Legal Aid are on hand to answer your legal questions and direct you to resources and how to access them. With school starting soon, now might be a good time to ask about issues related to education. August 5 from 1-3pm.
East Texas Perfictionist Book Club meets the last Thursday of the month at 6:30pm to discuss their selections. July is the Invisible Life of Addie La Rue and August is the Midnight Library.
